since i started riding again i have been wearing what i would call cycling knickers, and what some friends would laughingly call capris, but whatever. they are comfortable and functional.
but it's recently become surface of the sun hot as well as humid--i.e. normal summer temps here--and even they were too warm. so i started wearing more run of the mill biking shorts. clearly it's been a while as it felt like i was riding naked. i can only imagine what actually cycling naked would be like, but i digress.
i assume riding in these tight and breathable shorts is akin to a woman wearing a light skirt on a breezy day, except without worrying about people seeing my ass when a gust happens by. while i'm not interested in a skirt for myself, i think i get the point.
