most of the time i still feel like i am pretty young. and you may say, you are pretty young. but there are moments that make it clear to me that i am closer to being a little old man than much else.

so last night i was perusing the juice aisle at the grocery store, wait, it gets more sad. and as i was whittling down my options to a few, i spotted cranberry juice with calcium, and my choice was immediately made.

and, aaand, i didn't get any candy. (and i am still stiff from activity on saturday.)
