i find it surprising that we don't have a reasonable fake tooth yet. pacemakers, brain implants, artificial hearts, prosthetic limbs out the yin-yang, but not some sort of composite tooth that is implanted and extremely toothlike. maybe it exists and i'm just not up to date.
