when i think about it, which isn't all that often, it causes a momentary obscurance. [i couldn't find the word i wanted, so i've made that one.] the it is how we interact with everything through a film (think saran wrap or cling film), of sorts. or perhaps a screen (like on a window). you can sense through this barrier but only as the barrier allows. and everything you do sense is skewed in some way from whatever is actually happening. everything that has ever happened has happened in my head and nowhere else. if i was smart enough to grasp that i think that i might drive myself insane with that tiny anecdonte. luckily i'm just shy of blithering.
