everyone knows someone who is with someone else and when those two aren't around people wonder aloud, what is someone thinking? i know people and i've said those words. except, for this moment, i get it.

i'm not sad, depressed, or particularly lonely. i just went swimming, i'm about to go to sleep, two of my favorite things. and i would give my right arm (nearly) for someone to curl up with. brains, kindness, humor, attractiveness, fine. great. at the moment i just need the warm body.
