while i don't mind such an epithet, it isn't true. or maybe it is, but at least not so far as actual food snobs are concerned. and i have proof: i like cold cheese.

what i am against is purposefully warmed to room temperature cheese. while a few are fine when warm, i'd much rather just have it cold.
