at some point though, when they make it to that point when i have seen them and still want to watch them, assuming i am not laughing to tears with a friend, i watch them to remember something. to remind myself, via that particular film, of something that i need to do, or stop doing, or do better.

i am not so formal or pedantic that i cannot sit down and enjoy a movie. but, when it is one in the morning and i put something in to watch, by myself, it is usually for that reason.
